materials or workmanship. We do not do refunds.
Shipping details:
Our normal delivery time is about 14 days. However, during the busy
baseball seasons we do not guarantee delivery dates because of the high
volumes of orders.
We suggest that you order your pins, with enough time to allow for
discrepancies.
For rush orders, we cannot guarantee that your order will arrive on time
either. That's why we encourage you to order at least 3 weeks in advance!
Rush orders only ensure that your order is moved up in place of the production
line.
If for some reason duties are taxes are required to be paid at time of
delivery, the customer will accept full responsibility for them. All Trading
Pins does not normally foresee any taxes being added, but occasionally they
will be applied by international customs. We always pay export taxes but we
are not responsible if import taxes are added.
So, what is our procedure for ordering?
First we will provide you with artwork that is an exact replica of
your pin. Before we start production on your custom pin, we will
email you an artwork proof. The proof will be an exact replica of the pin you
will receive. At that time, you will have the chance to make any additional
changes that you wish to have made.
Please review your artwork proofs closely. We want to provide you with pins that you will be happy with and that
are an accurate depiction of your organizations logo. To ensure that we
produce your pin to your specifications, please look at each aspect of your
artwork before you confirm with us. Specific areas to review will include, PMS
colors, which can be found at www.pantone.com ,
spelling, and designs.
Then we will confirm your order before production begins. We will send you an order confirmation to confirm the proof that you choose,
the quantity you want to order, and the cost of the order. Once you have
responded to our confirmation email, and we have received payment we will
begin production.
We will send you an order confirmation. Once
you review your artwork and confirm with us that it is correct and that the
quantity and size is right, we will send you an email to let you know your
order has been finalized. At this point orders may not be canceled for any
reason.
Finally we will deliver your product to you within about 14 days of
receiving your order confirmation. After you confirm your order
we will start production and your order will be shipped to you within about 14
days. Pins with accessories will require additional days for production. If
you do not receive an order confirmation that includes the proof you are
approving for production, please email us and ask the status of the order.
A few more facts:
We are not held responsible for the use of logos, trademarks, or
copyrights that you submit to us. By ordering from All Trading Pins,
you assume all responsibility or liability of the use of any trademarked, or
copyrighted logos.
Please provide an accurate shipping address. We do not
ship to PO Boxes. All Trading PIns will not be held responsible for any orders
that are delayed due to shipping. We can not control mistakes made by United
States Postal Services, nor can we control what happens with United States
Customs.
All sales are final.
We do not issue refunds or credits.
We will replace any item that is defected or that is
poor quality. Please, respond within 14 days of receiving order.
Should legal disputes arise, you agree that the
dispute shall be handled in Nashville, TN.
By purchasing from us, you also agree that any use of
copyrighted or trademarked material is not infringed upon. In the event that
you illegally use material, you hereby accept the responsibility exclusively
on yourself, and exonerate All Trading Pins, also known as Ashlyn Promotions,
LLC, completely free from any wrong doing should a legal proceeding incur.
